Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility: Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Conditions: Article exchange is only permitted under certain circumstances. Size exchanges will incur courier charges.
- Damages and Issues: Please contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution.
At-Your-Doorstep Exchange:
- We offer doorstep exchange services. Our rider will collect and deliver the product simultaneously. Courier charges for size issues may apply.
Return Policy:
- Refund Method: Refunds are processed via Shopping Coupon and cover only the product value, excluding any shipping charges.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.
Promotional and Sales Items:
- Warranty: No warranty is provided for sales or promotional items.
- Exchange and Claims: Sales and promotional items are not eligible for exchange, claims, or refunds.
